131 AQM from YVR?
So thanks to Air China Cancelling one of my flights last week, I am now 131 AQM short of 100K.
Any ideas for a cheap way to get these AQM from YVR next week?

Thanks for the help.
Bussing to Seattle means a whole day, YVR - YYJ - YVR I can probably do in a morning.
I am so upset at Air China right now. It cost me to book a different (more expensive) route, a hotel night and now a MR.

https://www.google.ca/flights/explore/ can be useful for this - shows you options by price out of a city on a range of dates.

Take a flight to YYJ on the last flight on December 31, and take the first possible flight back to YVR on January 1. This way you will end the year with the AQM you need, and the return flight will count towards 2014.

I'm certainly not going out of my way to add more miles in 2013, but I wouldn't give up a party night for 125/500 2014 miles

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
It turns out I miscalculated the mileage I would receive for BKK-NRT and I used the BKK-PVG instead (I must have been overtired from all the travelling).
Anyway, no MR needed this year!
