Cats in the MLL
I don't have a cat, but I have a friend who does. She is flying with her cat on AC tonight from YVR. What I do have is a MLL pass for her.
Can she still enter the MLL if she has her cat with her? I assume she'll have it in a carrier or at very least leashed.

Is the cat in J? Or, is it a PE-cat that has bought "OnMyWay" travel perks as part of the ticket.
You know, folks around here work really hard to try to keep everything straight, and you come along with a question like this.
Jeesh.
Let's try it again.
If the cat is E*35, it might be able to get in, if it has a pass, and a boarding pass stamped CAT/ML2. If not, it might be tough.
On the other hand, if the cat is E*50, and is flying Tango, it could be kind of tough. Doggishly tough, I might say.
However, if the cat is SE*100/MM, the cat will probably find some reason to be annoyed with the fact that the dragon-lady at the front will ask to look at her collar for identification. The cat still might not get in. After all, it is a cat.
In the new world that is Air Canada, you need to ask these questions.

This is precisely why my cat quit flying with AC back in 2012. Fluffy now has super duper extra special status with Delta, and also got a snazzy Amex Plutonium card so she can use the litterbox at the Piazza Premium lounge instead.

Is it really that hard to Google Maple Leaf Lounge pets???
17. With the exception of Service animals, all persons traveling with animals must keep them inside their approved travel pet carriers at all times.
