Chances of eUp

Hey folks..

I'm doing a MR. Trying to fly in a real plane for the first time in a long time (stuck on 320's).

19J left. R0. eUP on a 777 on a M fare as a E50K. Flying on a Wednesday

Worth changing flights to secure one with R and flying on a different day or are my chances pretty good? :)

Thanks! YYZ - YVR

If you say 19J, that means you're looking at the seat map, which you cannot trust.

What is the actual J count from ExpertFlyer or wherever?

I would probably switch to a flight with R space if the change fee is reasonable (if you have an M fare, I assume it's a Flight Pass with $50-$75 change fees).

In fact, with M fares, I wouldn't even book until I'm in my upgrade window unless there's an EYW promotion or something where you need a specific window :)

From KVS, it says 9J, but it never can say higher than 9J. Any other ideas? Thanks for both of your posts tonight. I really appreciate it!
