It's a typo. Code is valid for one year. Somebody typed 2013 instead of 2014.

Sorry OP, compensation codes have to be submitted within 12 months... and you then get a savings code that expires 12 months after the code was submitted. Could give you a 2-year window... but when they expire, they do expire.
