Same lousy service?
 

I was sitting in SFO last night, waiting to come home to YYC on the 8:10 flight. At 7:55, no sign of the incoming plane, no gate agent, no crew, and no messages! At 8:00, the plane arrives and the GA comes running to open the door, still ignoring everyone patiently lined up at the desk looking for help. Finally got off the ground around 8:45, not a word of apology for the delay.

Had arrived earlier from IAD on UA metal which left 10 min late and heard at least 5 apologies from the crew...

Not my usual route home, so not sure if that's the norm out there or not. Either way, it seems typical of how they figure they can get away with ignoring their paying pax.
