Called to check on some award itineraries. Told that computers have been down for 1½ hours and to call back in a couple of hours.

How? I have had no issues getting to the aeroplan site all morning ... am thinking it may be more of an issue with internet providers that the AE back end ... but that is just me ;)

I did not try to login, but that is what that thread was talking about... getting a page just state "Aeroplan.com" on it.
