New 75k level worth early recog mileage run?

At 68 k now, likely to come up a bit short of 75K before 10-15. Apart from a few more eups, don't see much upside between 50K and 75K level. Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance.

Is it an extra 50 e-Credits? If so, I would go for it.

I am under the impression that early recognition is only available for 2012 program mileage levels. Therefore, you won't get any early recognition unless you hit SE before 10/15.

Early recognition before Oct 15 would be just for SE. 75k only applies for after March 1, 2013 so not worth MR. Might be worth MR if you are shy a few miles in December.

As stated, early recognition this year is only available for 35K E and 100K SE. The 50K/75K level benefits won't kick in until March 1, 2013.

If that's true I totally missed it - thanks.

Yes, the early recognition gets you the benefits of the current year - in benefit year 2012/13 there is no 75k level so there would be nothign to recognize early.

I regret the thread title of the Early Status Recognition Thread.

In retrospect, I should have called it "Instant Same-Year Status Recognition".

To repeat the answer to the OP, you cannot be recognized at a status level that does not yet exist.

It's worth it simply cause you will have a better chance of upgrading and Trump anybody below you ie 50K members. Only SE members on the same list would trump you. So go for 75K for 2013 regardless of early qualification which won't be there for 2012.

That's if OP willing to pay Tango+ (vs Tango) fare to play aerolotto.
