12C and 12D PTV on 319, 320, and 321
A co-worker mentioned today that on a recent flight he was seated in 12C and for the life of him couldn't find the PTV. He ended up using the PTV on the back of the seat intended for 12B because the pax in 12B was reading a book and allowed him to use it.
Being somebody who always has the window, I couldn't comment if the screen was hiding somewhere or if he was blind and its location was obvious. I have seen a screen on an arm extending out of the seat at 19C and 19H on a 77L. Are the small Airbuses like that?

You messed up your letters...
He couldnt find it in 12B or 12E; 12C/D like A/F are mounted on the seatback. 12B/E are located in the armrest (fold out versions) like 19C/H on the 777s
If he was seated in 12C/D then yes, he is blind.
