Good job AC/AC Express
 

7 segments on AC and AC Express over 27.5 hour span earlier this week.

All 7 flights left on time,5 were ready before scheduled departure.

All flights arrived on time or before scheduled arrival time.

Flight crews were courteous,pleasant and helpful.

Gate agents were clear in their instructions and boarding processes seemed seemless. I transited YYZ twice in one day with no concerns or issues.:eek:

Only negative was YYZ MLL. MLL too busy,left and went to Amex Lounge where all the AC pilots and FAs tend to congregate.

CRA a/c. 4 people in the cabin,20 max in Y. It was a beautiful evening and a great view of Montreal leaving and Ottawa on approach.
Drinks and snacks offered,not 1 of 4 j pax took the FA up on her offer:D
