Can't seem to IKK YBC-YYZ in September

Can't seem to IKK YBC-YYZ in September

I'm looking to book some friends using my points YYZ-YBC-YYZ Aug 30 returning Sep 3. I have no trouble seeing Priority awards for the outbound flight, but it is showing me zero availability for the return on September 3rd even though ac.com will gladly sell me at least 9 seats on a Tango fare. ...???

I spent hours today with AP trying to find IKK to Europe via YUL/YYZ/YOW nothing. Not a single bloody seat on dozen's of flights over a week.

Priority rewards my ...

Is this for Y or J? J is subject to AC's mood, but even officially Y is unrestricted.

I have written several times that IKK is dead, even on domestic flights.

Even though they are selling Y fares ( or T+, or even T), they always just say
" Oh, this flight is oversold, and so no IKK". You have no way to disprove it.
Even every fare class showing 9, and they can still say flight oversold.
