Upgrading using a BB
 

Anyone have luck processing an upgrade with a BB? I have a Torch and when I last tried it worked until the last click and then would not allow the upgrade to go through.

I have to do a 3 AM upgrade tonight for my return HK-YVR flight next Saturday and was hoping to do it with my BB.

On my company require BB, took 2 tries and then I went to mobile.aircanada.com and did direct download to phone, then installed in order to get it to "take" on my Bold 9900

Sooner my company switches from BB the better, cludgy not ready for 21st century

I've done it through the normal website on my Blackberry (slightly older Bold - 9700 I think).

It's as painfully slow as doing it on a laptop, but it works just as well! Sometimes you've to click the "upgrade" button a few times to make the request go through, but it always works.
