Thoughts and prayers
 

I still have a hard time believing that 4 aircraft crashed today. . . that the World Trade Centre is gone . . . there has been so much loss of life . . . .there has been so much devastation in New York and Washington . . . my thoughts and prayers go out to all those people affected.

The only "good" news I heard a little while ago that no Air Canada Flight Crews were injured in the WTC blast. Their crew hotel used to be in the WTC facility and was recently moved.

I fear we will all be in for a new world of extreme caution.

So sad. . ..

My two sister in laws in YYT are trying to help with rooms. A call has gone out for housing, 27 aircraft with 5,000 people are in YYT due to diversions with only 1,800 hotel rooms and most booked. My second aunts are reporting 35 aircraft in Gander, they are trying to asist where possible. So sad, I wish I could help.
