$0 for standby for SEs, 40 for Es, 70 for Ps or similar.

Hear Hear! The guy who places half his his bags above row 12 on his way back to row 34 should be made to offload his luggage and walk.

But human behaviour is ingrained and we'll never change it. As soon as that seatbelt chime goes off at the gate, most people will stand and/or move ahead of their assigned rows in salivatory preparation for deplaning. Frequent travelers are as guilty as the rest. It's not as if we don't know the door won't open for at least a couple minutes after the brakes are applied...

You should fly domestic in China. Most stand up as the plane is landing. Really thou they get you on and out much faster than any AC flight. Traveling in Asia is the most effecient travel. Getting in and out of airports works as well.

It wouldn't be the first time I've taken a bag out of a forward bin that a pax deposited there on route to row 80. Gawd that bothers me

No fees (i.e. change, cancellations, standby) for SEs like every other program in the world provides for their top tier elites. Upgrades on award tickets when flying AC. Otherwise same benefits as 2011.

Travel first class in an Indian train. Third class pax occupy the entrance to your coach and all spaces between cabins. When the train arrive at your destination, the occupiers don't let you out until the train starts out of the station. You jump on to the platform, luggage and all. They reason: they have to block the entrance to the coach to stop new occupiers boarding. Self protection/enhancement is all too human!

Dear Mr. F. Smith, AC*E

The next time you board AC218, and are seated Y, do not assume by virtue of your status alone that you have been granted some exclusive privilege to utilize the J cabin amenities, specifically the overhead bins. As I am sure you could see today, the FA had a terrible time finding a place in the overhead bins for the kind gentleman seated in 4C due to your oversized carry on roll-a-board taking up space in a cabin you weren't even seated in. Had I been in my usual 4C and not 4F I would have hauled your luggage out of the bin and hurled it down the isle for you to stow under your seat, should it not fit, you'd have to check it like everyone else with large luggage.

I find that much more common in the US than in Canada. Here they typically just throw their luggage over the first few rows in Y. :D

If you follow the ACTopTier twitter, someone is lobbying AC to make the eUpgrades an auction system. Pax bid the # of eUp credits they're willing to use for a particular flight. ACTopTier responded with intrigue...

Personally I'm fine with the # of eUps we get at the start of the year. While you don't get the equivalent of a return long haul SSWU to star the year, unlike years before, you can merge SWUs equivalents into a SSWU equivalent. And for that, I'm willing to trade a few credits at the start of the year for that benefit.

Let me be a devil's advocate......

reduce eupgrade credits significantly (probably 1 North American round trip the most for every 20K flown) and turn J cabin into a truly premium revenue cabin............

I wonder if I would make it home after the YYZ MiniDO :p:D

Many airlines could take a lesson from US and appoint "bin dragons." They are ruthless when it comes to people in the Y cabin sticking things in the J cabin bins. Like that suggestion above they ask the person to stow their stuff at their own seat, or they will gate check the bag to the destination.
