Upgrade Clarification
 

I'm new to the eupgrade thing. Sorry, I'm sure this has already been answered.

I am Prestige, and from what I understand based on the chart on the website, I can only upgrade from Tango + M or Latitude.

When I go into my eupgrade account it makes it look like I will be able to upgrade my Tango+ S booking (YYZ-YYC) once it's within 2 days.

Can somebody let me know which one is correct?

Also, does the 2 days mean exactly 48 hours from the flight time, or can I upgrade a booking for Friday evening on Wednesday morning?

48 hrs is 48 hrs--not 2 days--and not one second too soon. For summer AC has made some extra allowances to the eupgrades allowing P's to upgrade hitherto unavailable classes.

There is a summer promotion on that allows Prestige members to use e-upgrade credits from all Tango+ fare classes. You must request your upgrade by August 31 (for travel on or before September 2) to take advantage of the promotion.

As to your other question, as a P, you can request your upgrade exactly 48 hours prior to each segment in the itinerary. So if you are flying next Wednesday morning at 8:00AM, you can request your upgrade online as of 8:00AM Monday morning. The easiest way to request is electronically through the website, and if the upgrade does not clear before online check-in opens, make sure you check-in right at T-24 hours, although your chances may not be too good.
