AP website
 
Anyone else having problems with AP website? can see my miles, but not my transactions...and possibly separate from that for about 1 week I have been getting the "We are unable to display your flight reward details. Please call the Aeroplan Contact Centre for assistance" message.

Near as I can tell it is due to a minor schedule change, but hey, what can I say, I still like to track my AP points, etc.

For years, I'm not able to bring up my reservations 100% of the time..

I input the correct trip ID, and basically and error message appears not found..

Nothing new

The AP statements have been pretty accurate online though..

Thanks, I checked again and all is working (re the points and history)--for about 3 days nothing was showing ...as for the trip details, not worried about that for now

Make sure you get the e-mail itinerary and review that document.. I usually print it off and a check a week before the itinerary didn't change..

and if it did, then I would call in..

If everything looks correct, couple days before I go online and see if there are any delays..
