eUpgrade with connection
 

I am booked on the following flights (booking class Q):

AC873 FRA – YYZ
AC8958 YYZ – YFC

I am waitlisted on 873 for 14 eUpgrade credits. I intent to request the 8958 upgrade once 873 clears. I understand that this way the total cost would be 14 credits for both flights. I’m not willing to spent 6 credits to upgrade a 1:45 hour flight. Is this the optimal approach?

Note: normally there is only Y service to YFC. However, on the coming weekend there is 2-class service (CRA) on some YYZ- YFC flights.

Smart thing to do yes. I would suggest you book 12A and forget about first on the cra. 12A is just about the same...
