Problem w. eUpgrade - no Executive Class?
I'm having a problem trying to upgrade a far-off BGI-YYZ flight. I'm on a latitude fare so can upgrade now - but there's no R class. Not R=0, but R=missing. (It's over New Year's so I expected R to be zeroed out, but not totally absent.) The result is that when I try to use an eUpgrade to get on the waitlist the system says:
This aircraft does not feature an Executive cabin.
The plane's an XM'd 763, J=9. Anyone else ever run across this situation?

Thanks Andrew. And, although it doesn't affect me since I'm on a Z fare going down, there's the same missing R class on AC966 on Dec 26/27.
