eUpgrades and multi-segment itinerary
 
Hi all,

I tried to find the answer to my question on AC Website but could not...

On an itinerary like YQB-YYZ-GRU with no J cabin on the YQB-YYZ, when can I request an upgrade for the YYZ-GRU segment? I am E with a T+ fare. So is it 96 hours before YQB-YYZ or before YYZ-GRU?

With the new system you can only request an u/g at 7/4/2 days from the flight you want to upgrade. So connecting passengers no longer get an advantage.

So one may have to call more than once to request U/G on a multi-segment flight...

Yup! That or wait until the last flight is open and do them all at once.

Nope. No need to call. You can do it on the website now with a few clicks. Even works for itins booked by your travel agent, or my travel agent at least. Secured the coveted 11K for my YYZ-LHR flight tomorrow evening!
