Premier Lounge in T1 YYZ

I don't know where to post this question. I am off to India and turkey at the end of this month. I have a 4 hr wait for the plane, and since I don't have access to the Maple leaf lounge this year, I was wondering has anyone used the premier lounge prior their flight?? I know they charge 35.00 entry fee and if you have, is it worth it.?? Thanks Ramzi.

I have only been in the YYZ T1 domestic and international premier lounges, not sure if you are flying international or transborder. If you have a four hour wait it will allow you to enjoy some peace and quiet, meal and beverages. They also have computers for your use and TV's to pass the time. Their magazine offerings are very lacking compared to the Intl MLL though just as a comparison.

Whether it is worth it or not depends on you.

We normally go into the MLL first but, as of late, it has been a gong show and super crowded. If that is the case, we will go to the Premier lounge as it is never too busy (yet) and they have a good selection of hot food too. Price is definitely right, even for just buying peace and quiet.

Really? I was very unimpressed with the International pay lounge in T1. The USA and Domestic ones are nice, but the Intl. one is crowded and hot in my experiences.

I think that I am sleep deprived..... I was thinking of the TB one.

Thanks for the clarification.

No worries. I am surprised the Intl one is so bad compared to the other lounges.

We've used the international one in T3. We found it very nice, kids had a corner to play in away from everyone, food was actually quite tasty and plentiful (some sort of chicken thai noodle; similar to the Air NZ Koru Club in that regard I found).

I'm guessing this is based on time of departure as it's a contract lounge for some of the carriers that fly out of T1 for their J/F pax..

I've been in there twice in the early AM and I was the only one in it both times (similar to transborder when it first opened and nobody knew about it )..

Any of the 3 lounges at T1 are good, provided that they are not busy.
As with others ,I prefer the US and domestic over the international lounge

When I was last there, they were allowing people to poke their heads in before buying... so have a look to see if it looks more comfy than the main terminal.

Which one would be the main terminal? I always thought T1 was.

Sorry. By main terminal I meant just sitting in T1, not in a lounge.
