Has anyone heard any updates on when one will be able to transfer Avion pts AAdvantage?

Yes, I have seen this in one of Visa's old newsletters. I phoned an inquired about it and it seems the staff does not know anything about it!

I think Visa will partner up with AAdvantage but it is just a matter of when.

I would be willing to switch over from CIBC AeroGold if they have a bigger signup bonus. Is there any kind of referral bonus for current Avion card holders ?
