Questtion about ITN.
First off my comp defaulys to British Airways when I input ITN. WHY?
I can get to the site through american express however. Only rarely will it it give me a y class seat map it seems to set back to J class. How do I pull up a Y map?
Finally what do I type to get the availability by fare ? I am trying to check on AC 882 for this evening and AC 883 on April 1.
Thanks for your help.

go to your profile settings and set all your defaults there (you can select several airlines as your favorites), including selecting "expert" mode. Expert mode brings up the available seats by class.

Skyhawk: You have to create an account, login and then go to the box on the left of the screen that says Personal Tools. Go to the travel profile link and open it. In there you will find at the top of the list "Availability Format"-- An Expert is listed there. The default is novice. You will not see fare code availability with novice but you can pull up seat maps. You REALLy want to see fare code availability.
You can change other settings here too. Airline preferences, home airport etc etc.
You must set up an account though.
