Plane downgraded to single class -- questions

Plane downgraded to single class -- questions
So my plane has been changed to a crj and I was in J. Can I still check in at executive class, and can I still use the MLL?

Which route are you flying? If it is a route that has other flights on the same day using a/c with executive class, call AC to see what they can do for you in terms of possibly re-booking you on a flight with executive cabin.

Yes with a Business class original ticket you can use both exec check in and the MLL. I was on a recent Aeroplan ticket that was a business award, and started in YYZ with a plane that had no Business class and was able to use both...
