How long does it take now ???
 

It's been 3 weeks + since my written request for a retroactive credit on a couple of Star Alliance partner flights has been sent to the Aeroplan Centre.

How long has it been taking for the points and segments to be credited to your accounts ?

CP did it in 1 week.

Maybe I should have written in Franglais.

I have had AC take up to 6 months to process credit. But ordinarily it should appear within about a month.

I got retroactive credit from other Star Alliance partners credited within 2 weeks of submitting boarding passes/tickets to Aeroplan.

Canadian Plus took over 4 months to credit my account for missing flights on One World partners.

CPlus took 5 days last year to credit my AN and QF flights after I faxed my request in.

I am not sure about Aeroplan...

I just checked AC's site this morning and the points and segments "appear" to have been credited........not quite as I expected though.

Instead of the 2 segments on Varig and the 406 miles, I received what appears to be double mileage and 1 segment. I'm happy with that http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

That's nothing. I once had C+ take 8 months to process a hotel credit.
