How to request credits with out reference number?
 
Hi all, 3 of my friends flied with AC this sep. however, they forgot the reference number of their ticket. They do remember the itinerary and also their tickets number begins with 014. I wonder how can they request the credit or get back the reference number of ticket.

So long as they know the ticket # and the itinerary you don't really need the PNR to get credit from AP on AC flights.
