J cabin food for short haul flights

I was fortunate to get upgraded on my trip to ORD from YOW via YYZ and on the way back. Yay! That meant I had 4 cheese platters. LOL. Aren't there other alternative quick snacks or is cheese the best, easiest, and cheapest?

i am still waiting to try out the AM pasteries..... last time i was in J between YYZ-YUL there was severe turbulance hence service was stopped and had no pasteries

hm...when's breakfast hour? 10am doesn't cut it for breakfast, eh?

i think salad should be an addition to the cheese plate. you know, you gotta fit some fibre in the meal.
