I am getting conflicting information from AP agent, one said I cannot route through bkk twice even they are different direction, one said I exceed the MPM whih I do not think this was the case according to the great circle mapper

It appears you have too many back tracks: SIN-BKK and MAD-ZRH. You are supposed to travel in a continuous direction or return over the same ocean. You can't transit the same airport twice (BKK). These back tracks reverse direction twice and thus also put you over the MPM limit. So could be a combination of all these things.

Try booking just to BKK and then a separate BKK-SIN cheap r/t.

Yes you can, just not twice in the same direction.

After trying speaking to five different AP agent who kept telling these routing is not allowed with conflicting excuses, I finally prevail with the 6th AP agent and got the aforementioned itenary validated for two. It's matter of luck and persistence, that's the lesson I learnt.
