last minute upgrade yyz-phx
does anyone have any experience with availability and cost of last minute purchase upgrades at check in for toronto - Phoenix on AC ?
if it is not offered at the moment web checkin opens can it open up during the remaining 24 hrs or is this unlikely ?

Don't know the cost; but yes, it is quite possible that it isn't offered at T-24, but could be offered at T-something else, its happened to me a few times.
