Retroactive change from Tango to Tango Plus?

This is probably a dumb question, but is it possible to retroactively upgrade a fare from Tango to Tango Plus by paying the difference to AC?

I am going to end up just short of SE this year, and a flight I took earlier in the year from YYZ-YYC would have put me over the top, but it was only Tango, so no status miles.

I don't think it's possible. Once the flight is done, it's done.

Time for an MR perhaps? :)

YYZ to either YHZ or YWG return would equal the lost 1670 SMs.
