What does "PRO7/DOK" mean?
 
. . . in the remarks/observations section of a boarding pass.

PR07 is to denote buy on board entitlement. Either the domestic segment of a direct international flight which entitles you to free BOB, or you've purchased BOB in advance as part of your booking.

DOK is beleive is Documents OK. ie: your travel documents have been reviewed and are good to go.
