AC is adjusting the upcoming 2009 summer schedule to Europe as follow :


Air Canada Summer 10 Europe operation – Update 2

As per 15FEB10 GDS timetable display, Air Canada’s latest changes to European 2010 Summer operation as follows:

Note only those with significant changes are mentioned. Other routes please refer to post on 21DEC10 (Tel Aviv has since increased to Daily for peak Summer). Specified operational days is Canada departure, Europe departure is following day.

Calgary – Frankfurt Planned 767 operation for the month of May 2010 is shelved
Montreal – Barcelona 04JUN10 – 22JUN10 operates 2 weekly (Day 57) instead of 3
Montreal – Frankfurt 777-300ER operates Day x7 24APR10 – 01MAY10, and then Daily from 11MAY10 as usual
Montreal – Geneva Daily service postponed till 20JUN10 (was planned 01JUN10)
Ottawa – London Heathrow Airbus A330-300 replace 767 from 01JUN10 to 04SEP10 (LHR dep following day)
Toronto – Dublin 6 weekly (Day x3) instead of Daily
Toronto – Frankfurt
AC876/877 04JUN10 to 25SEP10 operates with both Airbus A330-300 (Day x356) and Boeing 767 (Day 356)
AC872/873 remains Daily 777-300ER
Toronto – Madrid Service operates 5 weekly (Day x15) instead of Daily
Toronto – Munich A330 service from 01JUN10 (was from 19JUN10)
Toronto – Paris CDG A330 operation 20APR10 to 31MAY10 (was till 30APR10), then switches to 777-300ER
Toronto – Zurich Boeing 767-300 operates entire summer, planned A330 service cancelled

Toronto – London Heathrow operation as of 15FEB10 GDS timetable display is the following, mainly between June and September 2010:
AC868/859 763 Daily (Planned 77L in April cancelled)
AC856/857 77W Daily (Planned 77L in April cancelled)
AC848/869 763 Day x27 77W Day 27
AC858/859 333 Daily

Toronto-Tel Aviv increased from 5x to daily with 763

when compared to S09.
