Flying UA to EWR in J in August. Are there any clubs available to SA Gold members in CPT? If so, which is best?

I have done that UA flight once. There is lounge access. Looking at the SA lounge finder it looks like UA has contracted access to the BA lounge. Not sure if there are other options. My recollection is vague but I can't remember anything bad, which is usually a good sign!
