“Realigning” implies picking it up and pointing it in a different direction! 
I do accept a brand new runway, which may indeed point in a different direction!

The new terminal to cost $4.5m??? Good luck with that. Sounds very basic.
The airport needs expansion (perhaps A380 will be accommodated) however I wonder if the project will get mired in the usual stupidity and corruption that touches almost anything in SA these days.
