+1

I did one day in CPT (see RTW trip report link below) and you're trying to cram a lot in. I'd say pick one, maybe two of those things.

This is doable. Depending on what area you mean when you say wine land and how many wineries you'd be interested in visiting. It also depends on where you're staying. You could literally be staying on a wine estate in Constantia and, well, you don't have to drive far to get to the winery and all you'd really need is a guide/driver to other area wineries and out to Boulders (for the penguins).

Where are you staying. Can the hotel assist? How comfortable are you with driving yourselves around CPT.

Again, I'd ask the question about how comfortable you are driving yourselves. And, do you really need a "tour guide" or a hotel-arranged driver from place to place.

Folks here in this forum will generally ask you for a few more details about yourself and your trip details (time of year visiting, length and place of stay) and your travel habits, needs, level of comfort, etc. Cape Town can be everything from backpacking and hostels to ultra luxury and concierges and staff at your disposal with a myriad of prices and options in between.

We will be in CT in February and will have more than one day if needed.
Looking at staying near V&A waterfront as we will board a small cruise ship for a 10 day cruise.
My husband drive everyday for his job long distances so on holiday we like to leave it to someone else.
Private tours are our preference and visiting one or two wineries is enough as I do not drink but DH does.
Boulder beach with the penguins is important and the two oceans area. The city sights we can do on days we return and the ship is docked for two days.
Any contacts for a reputable guide would help.

The Cape Peninsula is not really where the two oceans meet. You need to go much further south.

Try Cape Insights - I'm sure they would customise a day trip for you.

Southeast, rather.

Head South from the Cape Peninsula and you eventually end up in Antarctica.

Our party of 4 was very pleased with Anne- Marie Breen , owner of Taste the Cape . She picked us up at our waterfront hotel ( The Cape Grace) and over a 3 day period took us on a personalized tour that included a couple of wineries, a visit to the penguin colony, a visit to Cape Point, a tour of the city bowl, and some shopping.

We are going to do the wine region like Stellenbosch and Franschoek on one day and the Cape Peninsula on another .I think we will do the wine at the beginning of our trip and when returning on our cruise use the two days in port to have the trip to the peninsula.
Thanks for info.
