Well this just happened again, I have flights with them in 3 months and just got an email saying flights are cancelled because their certificates have been suspended (whatever that means). I was flying from HDS to CPT and I still see some cheap-ish flights from SAA so I'll book them right away and hope for a refund from CemAir.

Yes CemAir's AOC has been suspended following a dispute between themselves and the SACAA and they have cancelled all flights for the rest of 2018. They are also refunding people who booked flights early next year.

Well it lasted a mere 24 hours as they are allowed to fly again. Problem is I made alternate bookings with SAA, but seeing CemAir's history of having their license suspended regularly maybe it's better this way. I just hope I can get a refund.
