rentalcar.com and which company?
For about $5 difference in price, we can rent from Budget or Avis for JNB to JNB car rental and PLZ to CPT rental. Both around July 2017.
Which company should we rent from?
Both will be basic collision and theft included for the price.

Avis have a really extensive network so would go with them, but in some cases have a 100km per day limit - you should check this out if you are planning on covering some distance. Not sure about Budget.
