JNB to Richard Bay Flight

Hi everyone, I am looking to book a flight from JNB to RCB and the only flight I find is a SAA flight for around $426. Just curious if SAA is the only airline that flies between these cities?

Any suggestion on an alliance airline that has a distance-based rewards program for redeeming this flight to save some?

This is my first time planning a trip with my wife to South Africa, so any tips will help. Thanks very much and have a great day :)

From the looks of it, SAA is the only one flying that route but I could be wrong. Looking at dates in July, I'm seeing around $300USD for flights 1 week apart.

I believe that RCB is only serviced by Airlink which is (I think!) a subsidiary of SAA.

It is not. Airlink does play a feeder role, but it has been distancing itself from SA in recent years. Amongst others, it has changed its name from SA Airlink to plain Airlink.
