estore issues

Hi all,

I keep getting "Sorry your session has expired. Please return to the homepage or call 0808 284 0013" when trying to make a booking with Avis through the estore. I frequently use Hotels.com through the store and noticed it's getting more buggy, maybe Avis is just worse? If anyone had suggestions on how to deal with this (I've cleared all cookies, used several different browsers)? I also can't call the number from Ireland. I've also tried via BA and no joy.

Thanks in advance.

I believe its an Avis issue as myself and colleagues also had issues. I have no better advice than keep trying. You could use the avis site directly (or though this has also been a bit buggy but worked fine for me yesterday) and stick in your aerclub number there when booking, you'll still get your avios.

Thanks it’s substantially more expensive on the Avis site rather than through estore…might just take the bus 🤷🏻‍♂️
