Reason for Delay EI603 AMS-DUB 20Dec

Hi all, apologies if there's a channel for this, anyone know why EI603 20Dec was delayed? Caused a missed connection that lead to over 4h delay but claim being denied due to circumstances outside their control. Just wondered if anyone knew why (if it's worth fighting)

No idea. It was an hour late leaving Dublin as EI 602 so you’d need to start there. Could have been anything. ATC restrictions. Offloading luggage. I’m not exactly sure where you can get this info from. There should be an official channel. Possibly the IAA?
