It seems the app and website are currently down for “essential maintenance”… wonder what happened this time?

If it was planned they should try to give advance notice its very annoying.

Both website and app appear to be back online… for now…

The app has just had an update. Bia menu and shopping now available offline.

Still can't handle multi city bookings which is a pain

I see that described in the notes of the update but I’m pretty sure those were available before? Either way it’s handy I suppose!

More issues today lots complaining its crashed and cant check in .

From the reports on twitter it seems like it's been down for most of the day. The complete radio silence from Aer Lingus is pretty shocking. A fundamental part of your service is not working and zero updates?!

There seems to be something major going on behind the scenes as there have been a number of down times in the last few months and its more then system maintenance. They either have a major software issue or are being hacked. Either way they need to sort it out as basic operations are being severely impacted and thousands left hanging with no explanation.

It’s a mess again this morning.

Loads on Twitter giving out and mostly generic or silence from Aer Lingus . Its very bad form. People cant check in or access bookings to change flights or add bags etc ...

The app is currently going crazy, logging me out as quickly as I can log in. I've given up and for today and spent my money elsewhere. No doubt others are too.

I’ve had no issues with the website, just added API data for an upcoming flight.

Up and running again. But that took a long time. Need to get on top of these outages.
