This is not uncommon
Two scenarios
1. Routes will very low connections to/from the US (try evening flights to Dublin)
2. Routes where the A321NEO is used

There is something 'happening' on Oct 1st. AerSpace may actually become real Business class to align with OW for the JV thing
Thats said take every advantage of the current situation, even with the low fares there are still empty seats on most days to Paris on the 321 so price elasticity and yield still need to be tuned, i.e. lower again to fill the cabin

Im half way to renewing Concierge which I did not think Id get higher then Platinum so enjoying these fares while they last . I do think that in lighter periods we will still see this price range though.

I hope so. If I got concierge for the year just to enjoy it that would be great. Platinum would do me from then on. And the occasional cheap AerSpace fare helps a lot!

I would like to believe they would bother to retrofit a row of lie flat seats but given they’d have to remove row 2 to do so at the very least I really can’t see it happening… why would they bother just for 4 lie flats? Also where would they get the seats from?
would be nice to have a comfier seat even if they went with nice recliners but it’s more than likely wishful thinking!

I think am very likely overthinking it, but I noticed that if I pick an Aerspace seat to LHR or LIS or BCN for example before Oct it says “Aerspace seat etc…” but during/after Oct it says “Lie flat seat” etc.

The A321 Neo has a dedicated business class with lie flat seats. They are sometimes used on European routes so that’s likely what it is. They don’t have anywhere near enough of them to cover all euro routes so I think it’s probably the specific flights you’re looking at

This sort of "anomalous" behaviour appears to be widespread!
I've posted several examples in the A3 forum, and this past weekend, when booking a trip home to Ireland at what is (for me at least) relatively short notice, I found a similar outcome on AF/KL...
Needless to say, I opted for J on the return ;-)
