Nice?

I am confused - trying to book using AS miles a US - Nice (France) roundtrip and AerLingus comes up as an option (NCE-(EI 545)-DUB-XXX). However when I search the AerLingus website NCE is not a listed destination and I can’t book a flight to NCE evven on the same date the award comes up.

Can you help me?

not sure what the issue is - possibly the dates you’re choosing? When I select a random date for Apr and Oct I see a flight from DUB to NCE on the Aer Lingus website…

also FYI Aer Lingus is “EI” and not “AL”

The problem is the return flight from NCE is too late to make any connections into US/CA services same day so will not appear in any booking query

Though not commonly known you should be able to book US-DUB-NCE and then NCE-DUB- up to 14 days stopover -DUB-US but that will need to be done via an agent

This of course assume availability

that helps a lot! yes the award includes a 20 hour layover but several days would be even better!
