"Manage Trip" Issue
Been getting text messages from EI that my DUB flights from LCY has been re-accommodated to a LHR flight, but when I go on the app it shows me that I can't access multi-city bookings, and on the website I am getting an error saying "We're sorry but it is not possible to manage this booking. Please contact our helpdesk". Anyone else getting this problem?
