Avios/Aer Lingus Web Broken

Avios/Aer Lingus Web Broken

Just as an FYI - Avios did a systems update a couple of weeks back and have hosed anyone with an aerlingus account from accessing their site.
They don't have an eta for a fix.
In the meantime you have to manually check availability over the phone.

Nice that there isn’t a single warning of any issue on either the Aer Lingus site or the Avios site. Wasted an hour yesterday evening trying to reset my password and trying different browsers assuming I had screwed up.

“We don’t recognise the username or password...”

or

“We seem to be experiencing some difficulties...”

Dambus is online now

Agreed, very annoying that there is no warning about this on the site. And they could mention that its still possible to book over the phone

I called Aer Lingus customer service and they claimed they had no awareness of this issue.

still broken for me -- website says there is an upgrade happening Oct 24th, hopefully that fixes things

Mine looks all good again and can see past transactions now on both avios.com and EI website.

Ran out of patience and went and created a veuling account with a different email. Can log in now, but get error page when trying to check award availability
Why is this so hard?
