Flightradar24 shows the aircraft type as “32Q,” which is the NEO, for EI 156 on October 1st and 3rd, and the NEO being used for EI154 on October 2nd.
The EI webpage shows the same thing, the NEO being used for the two different flight numbers starting October 1st:
EI 154: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
EI 156: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

The seatmap still shows an A320.

The EI website shows the NEO on the booking screens, but the seat map shows 320. So it's the same info shown on Expertflyer (EF receives the information from the GDS, which is fed from EI).
I guess it would be nice if EI got their act together.

The flights from 1 October to 13 October are listed as "AIRBUS A321-LR" and the A320 seat map is shown. However from 14 October onwards the aicraft is listed as "AIRBUS A321 NEO" and the correct seat map is displayed.

Does anyone have access to the flight numbers for the Neo from London to Dublin. Does it only fly from LHR?

Thanks

The two EI A321Neo aircraft (EI-LRA and EI-LRB) currently only fly from Dublin to London and Hartford, and vice versa.
The flight numbers to/from LHR are EI154/EI155 or EI156/EI157, depending on the day of week.

EI-LRC had its first flight today, that would suggest it is due to arrive within a week or so
