Concierge tier - When I reach it, how long does it last?
 

Apologies for what might be a stupid question but I see that my Aer Club tier points out after a year. I am due to hit concierge after about 10 months of travel. Does that mean that I can only get the benefits for 2 months until my original year is up?!

It isn't clear on the website or app.

14 months

remaining period of your current membership year
and then 12 full months

I see so the year anniversary is reset every time you go up a tier?

But after you year at concierge you reset back to green?

Anniversary date never changes, you get the remaining months plus a full 12 months when you go up a tier

If you don't earn enough to maintain current tier, provided you made at least 4 flights with Aer Lingus in the 12 months prior to anniversary date you drop 1 tier level so if Concierge you become Platinum
