Whether a bag is included or not depends on which fare family you chose when booking.

Go back and look at your purchase confirmation/e-ticket.

It’s a saver fare. The confirmation and app are as expected = no bag.

Manage my booking = bag included.

Strange one. Paid 4 gbp and a 25kg bag is now confirmed on all sources.

Only just saw your reply...that is weird.

But clearly the best strategy is to assume that the indication of a bag is incorrect when there is no logical explanation for why it should appear that way.

But £4 for a 25kg bag? Does that mean the system assumed you already had a 20kg bag included, and just charged you the difference???

Is, like the old cityjet, a bag still included when you fly to LCY on an EI booking?

Seems to be a tech glitch it has happened before.

i meant to check whether they had 20kg associated with my wife’s ticket on the same booking but completely forgot
