Im not impressed, does this happen often?
The Boston flight had all the bags unloaded and everyone left as had our PHL
New York and Chicago flights were collecting bags
I went over to the door and it was all locked up and lights off
what use is that??
They could do with reviving themselves

As the flights get more and more and earlier they do need to look at opening at 0400.

They’ve tweeted that it was closed for ‘operational reasons’

‘operational reasons’ .. Irish speak for Gerry/Jenny had a hangover and couldn't be bothered getting out of bed to report to work .. Union will have his back. EI, going downhill one month at a time.

PS. And I'm from Dublin myself .. I know how they roll (or not as in this case.) One of the worst airlines I have ever dealt with, ever.

PS. Main Lounge is of no use to incoming PAX as it is on the airside ..

What date was this?

I (and colleagues) use the early ORD-DUB flight relatively frequently (typically hand luggage only). Would be seriously unimpressed if the Arrivals/Revive lounge were closed on arrival!

June 26 if you look at the date/time stamp on the OP's thread starter.
