check in issue
I've a same day SNN-LHR return coming up but I can only check in online for the return journey.
Can anybody advise me as to why I can't check in for the outgoing SNN to LHR journey please?
I'm HBO.

That's an odd one. Could be some issue with ticket number for the SNN-LHR leg. I'd contact original booking agent to make sure they can see a valid ticket number for both flights. At least then you would know you can check in at airport if all else fails.
