BA exec or AerClub

BA exec or AerClub
Hi all
I've just started a new role that will have me in the uk every week, so at least 1 return flight to LHR weekly and sometimes (at least once s month) 2 flights s week. So roughly 60-70 return flights per annum. From time to time there will be the odd trip to Europe or the US.
Question is is should I sign up to BA exec or AerClub.. well I've signed up for both, but which should I use? Do the benefits flow up and down between them, lounges upgrades etc or is one dominant?
