The 12 months will always be assessed from the day you enrolled in AerClub. This a constant and this 12 month period will NEVER change.

If you joined for example on 01/02/2017 your 12 month will always be...

01/02 until 31/01 every year!

There appears to be some contradiction here - does anyone know the facts? My enrollment date in AerClub is shown as 21st Nov 16, and my expiry is shown as 31st Jan 2018.

So, are my points going to accrue from November 2016, or from February 2017?

I ask because my points reset to zero a month or so ago.

Great!

But I enrolled in Gold Circle, not in Aer Club. And it was many years ago, so I don't know what time of year it was. And Aer Club doesn't tell me when my "never changing" year ends.

From Feb 17 when your credits reset

Not sure where the confusion is.

Put up a screenshot of your AerClub page showing tier Avios etc

So how come I am the exception to the "never-changing" year rule?

And how do I know for sure?

(I am really glad I was never seriously contemplating running for status with EI...)

You are not the exception your never changing 12 months runs from 21 Nov every year.
